Happy 2013 everyone!
Every kickass year for rock deserves a "best of" list, so we compiled a countdown based on the chart positions, sales, number of spins and your requests among all the singles released on radio over the last year. If 2012 was a band.. this would be the 2-disc Greatest Hits album you'd be rushing the the store to buy!
As a passionate fan of music, I wanted to put together a fully-produced countdown that was both pleasing to your ears and took you on a 977 hp joyride back through the last 360 days of rock music at the same time. I hope you enjoyed listening to "CHOM’s Top 30 of 2012" countdown as much as I did researching, writing and producing it. Here’s to another year of doing what we've all loved doing since we can first remember.. discovering new music and listening back to the best records in our collection!
