Mars One, a Netherlands-based non-profit organization, has the lofty goal of landing on Mars in 2023.

Four people will supposedly go to Mars in 2023, after eight robot missions are launched between 2016 and 2021.

New members will arrive every two years... None will ever return to Earth.
