There have been rumors floating around online forever about the ingredients in the SPECIAL SAUCE McDonald's puts on their Big Macs.  And now, McDonald's has confirmed it.  The ingredients are:  Mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, onion powder, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika.

McDonald's executive chef Dan Coudreaut admits, quote, "Quite honestly, the ingredients have been available on the Internet for many years."

He doesn't confirm how much of each of those ingredients you need for the recipe, so that's on you to figure out but it's clear that you're using MOSTLY mayo and small pinches of the spices.
