Five Things That are Considered Good For You Now, That Just Might Kill You in 20 Years!

Sixty or so years ago, doctors used to appear in ads promoting cigarettes.  There were actually ads for Camel where doctors would recommend them because, quote, "more doctors smoke Camels than any other cigarette."

#1.)  Hand sanitizer.  By overusing hand sanitizer, you weaken your immune system.

#2.)  Frozen yogurt.  Between the chemicals involved and the probiotics messing with your natural digestive system, eating frozen yogurt has all sorts of ways to kill you.

#3.)  3-D TVs.  Watching TV isn't great for your eyes . . . but watching a ton of 3-D is even worse.  So if 3-D becomes more popular, it could be a real problem.

#4.)  Cell phones.  There's still no definitive answer on whether there are going to be long-term effects of having these things pressed against our brains . . . or in our pockets right by our genitalia.

#5.)  Running.  More evidence is coming out that building muscle is better for your long-term fitness than cardio like running . . . which actually cannibalizes some of your muscle.

Well that's just fantastic!
