What is this world coming to??

Earlier this week, in Massachusetts, a dad made a deal with his 14-year-old daughter.  If she quit Facebook completely until the end of June, he'd pay her $200.  He says it was her idea to earn money and get herself off Facebook, because it's a distraction.  But should you have to pay your kid to get them off Facebook? There was even a contract drawn up!
