Controversy Surrounds The Hollies' Live Performance at the Rock Hall Induction Ceremony!!

There may have been a little controversy at last night's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony. 

The Hollies performed their song "Long Cool Woman In A Black Dress," with Little Steven Van Zant on guitar and Patrick Monahan (from Train) singing lead vocals.  But halfway through the song, former Hollies' lead singer Terry Sylvester walked on stage wearing jeans and a soccer jersey and started dancing to the music.  He whispered something to Patrick Monahan, took the microphone, and started singing. 

Sylvester only got a few lines in before guitarist Allan Clarke saw what was going on.  Clarke took the microphone away from him and gave it back to Train's lead singer Patrick Monahan.

Columbian Fans RIOT Outside Sold Out Metallica Concert!!

Around 160 people were arrested when hundreds of ticket-less fans rioted outside a METALLICA gig in Bogota, Colombia last Wednesday night.  Despite the chaos outside, the show went on undisrupted in front of a sold-out crowd of 30,000 people.

The local authorities.. who were expecting problems.. deployed 1,500 police officers, riot teams, police trucks and four tanks to the venue, where they were forced to battle the rioters with water cannons and tear gas.

Four fans and four police officers were injured.

Last summer, SMASHING PUMPKINS singer Billy Corgan held auditions to replace drummer Jimmy Chamberlin.. and ended up hiring a then-19-year-old kid named Mike Byrne.

Well, after his success with the little drummer boy.. Billy has now decided to hold auditions to fill two other spots in the band:  Bassist and Keyboardist. 

Billy says anyone is welcome to audition.  If you're interested, you have until March 31st to email him a bio, a musical resume, photos, and a performance video.

New Video: Celebrity Bartenders for Haiti @ Irish Embassy Pub!

The entire world came together to raise money for devastated earthquake victims in Haiti over the last month and thanks to you.. the efforts continue.  On January 27, most of the CHOM crew, along with several other media, entertainment and sports names in the city stepped behind the bar at Montreal's Irish Embassy Pub & Grill to help out when owner Joe Cannon Jr. decided to donate all the money collected from drink sales on a busy Wednesday night to the Red Cross' Haiti Relief Fund.  Follow the Butt-Man on his first stint as a drink-slinger.. and no, it didn't go as smoothly as planned!

Johnny Depp Shreds on New All-Star Haiti Relief Song.. is there anything he can't do??

Johnny Depp displays his lead guitar skills on the latest all-star charity relief song for Haiti, which features Shane MacGowan (from The Pogues), Chrissie Hynde (The Pretenders), Nick Cave, Bobby Gillespie (from Primal Scream), Mick Jones (from The Clash) and others.

It's a new version of the classic, "I Put a Spell on You", which was originally recorded by SCREAMIN' JAY HAWKINS in 1956.  Watch the video for the tune and enjoy Johnny's solo near the end!

Valentine's Day may be a SHAM HOLIDAY, but if you're hoping to get some action, you're going to have to send your girl flowers.  Easy enough right?  Maybe not!  While you're picking out flowers for how nice they look.. your woman (as usual) may be reading more into it than you think.

It turns out that the "colour" of a flower also holds a meaning.. so be careful what you buy.  With that in mind, here's a basic guide to flowers and the meaning of each colour:

--RED flowers: symbolize romantic love, passion, desire, and eroticism.  And the darker the red, the deeper the love it symbolizes.

--BLACK flowers: symbolize a loss, but they can also mean elegance, power and mystery.  Plus, sending black flowers is a great way to freak someone out.. you know, if you're kind of a psycho.

Ever get the feeling that someone's trying to sneak a peak at your package in the locker room?  Its a feeling most guys will have at least once in their lives, but UFC commentator/comedian Joe Rogan claims that some guy's been "stalking" his junk at the gym where he works out.  And, if something doesn't sit well with Joe.. you know its going to be made public!
