*WATCH* Amazing Street Hack Prank for Watch_Dogs

Article written by Girls on Games collaborator, Catherine Dumont.

Ever wish you could drive your neighbours Porsche, bleed the ATM of all its cash, and turn off the lights on unsuspecting people in the bathroom (YES)? There’s a game for that.

In a new advertisement for Ubisoft Montreal’s upcoming open world action-adventure game Watch Dogs, Ubisoft hits up the streets of Los Angeles to play an epic prank on oblivious smartphone users, giving a glimpse of what you will be able to do as vigilante Aiden Pearce in the game. Promoting a 15-minute repair service, the repair shop dude adds an app that can basically hack the world through the press of a single button. After a few bursting streetlights and some car crashes, the police show up. Check the clip to see what happens next.

All I can say is that this, ladies and gents, is how you promote a game.

Watch Dogs comes out May 27th and is available on the PS3, PS4, XBOX 360, XBOX ONE, Wii U and PC.
