Review by Scott Yanow
With this CD only containing 35 minutes of music and a so-so and rather predictable performance from Louis Armstrong's All-Stars in 1960, only completists will want to go out of their way to pick this one up. Armstrong, trombonist Trummy Young and clarinetist Barney Bigard are in reasonable form but the lack of surprises and shaky recording quality are definite minuses. This very brief set is augmented by a version of "What a Wonderful World" that is probably from around 1969. ~ S Read More
