Pizzicato Five - Five by Five

Marking the American debut of the Pizzicato Five on the Matador label, this five-song EP contains remixed and resung tracks from This Year's Girl and elsewhere. Matador's plan to have Maki sing in English doesn't exactly work, and says more of the label's initial fear that American audiences wouldn't listen to Japanese lyrics (Matador and the group stopped the practice by the third U.S. release).
