Various Artists - Kill the Moonlight

The soundtrack to the low-budget indie film Kill The Moonlight is appropriately filled with lo-fi singer-songwriters and indie-rockers, most of them quite obscure. Then there's Beck. All three of his contributions -- "Leave Me on the Moon," "Last Night I Traded My Soul's Innermost for Some Pickled Fish" and "Underwater Music" -- could have fit in on Stereopathetic Soul Manure, which makes sense, since the film dates from the early '90s, before his breakthrough with Mellow Gold.
