Monumentally more mature then their first pop-punk styled record, the second and final release from Albertson, NY's Latex Generation has a much more indie rock-fueled sound, and came as a welcome progression. With hints of everything from Superchunk to The Promise Ring, this 12-track outing ends up being both witty and well-played.
