An American composer of prolific production. Bartlett was also an organist and pianist whose compositions include the genre of opera, operetta, oratorio, cantata, sextet, concerto, symphonic poetry, marches, and more. Some of his more noted works include "La Valliere," "Samuel," "Magic Hours," "Tocatta in E," "Suite in C," and "Ignis Fatuus". ~ Keith Johnson, All Music Guide
