Standing for Revolutionary Emcees Advocating their Voices on Everyday Reality's Struggle, The Reavers were formed thanks to each of the 11 members' association with Brooklyn underground rap label Backwoodz Studioz. Comprised of Vordul Mega from Cannibal Ox, Wu-tang affiliate Dom Pacino, and Immortal Technique associate Akir, as well as Karniege, Goldenchild, Keith Masters, Hasan Salaam, Priviledge, Billy Woods, Kong, and Spiega, and with the intended purpose of combining intelligent, socially aware verses with heavy yet catchy production, The Reavers released their debut full-length, Terror Firma, in the fall of 2005. ~ Marisa Brown, All Music Guide
