The Party aperitif - Go Greek!

Mantania 2012, Moschofilero, Boutari, Greece white, $14.40, SAQ # 11101819. Best wine that Bourtari produces. Bordering on exotic fruit but mostly fresh apricot and peach. Super fresh without being acidic. Has almost a pulpy texture. Good aromatic power and only 12% alcohol.

Mantinia 2012, Moschofilero, Domaine Tselepos, Greece white, $17.85, SAQ # 11097485. By far the most aromatic vintage that I have tasted.. Almost a gewurztraminer feel, but less perfumed and obvious. Notes of lychee and white pepper on the finish. Exotic, beautifully rich and textured for a moschofilero. Ideal aperitif with snacks.

Remedy - Black Crows
