This action drama follows a young BMX bike racer who beats corrupt officials at the ultimate racecourse. To raise funds, a small town builds a BMX racetrack and sponsors a major race, putting their own local hero, Cru (Bill Allen), up against the big-money sponsor's champion, Bart Taylor (Olympic gymnast Bart Thomas), who follows no one's rules. Stunt-filled race sequences on high-flying two wheelers abound.
